Strategic Plan
White Pigeon Township Library
Strategic Plan 2022 - 2025

The White Pigeon Township Library has long been a cornerstone of the White Pigeon community and a reliable partner to area organizations.  In the past two years, the library and its staff has risen to the challenges set before us by the pandemic, offering more services to suit the specific needs of its patrons.
We strive to be agents of change in the community, both inside and outside the library walls.  This drive moves us to develop more inclusive and equitable programming and services; ensuring that all individuals realize they are able to use the library and that they feel welcome doing so.
The library’s 2022-2025 strategic plan revolves heavily around these pillars of inclusion:  Access, Attitudes, Choice, Partnerships, Communication, Policy, Opportunity.  These pillars guide us to cultivate a greater understanding of equity and how we as a library can promote it in our community.  This understanding and motivation to create a more accepting and welcoming environment for all patrons will improve the library’s impact on the White Pigeon community.
